Payment and Shipping

Payment
Payment is by PayPal. You can pay with your debit or credit card even if you
do not have a PayPal account, however it is easy to set up a PayPal account if
you have a valid email address. PayPal is free.
Once your payment has been accepted PayPal will send you a confirmation receipt.
Please note any payments made by eCheque through PayPal will only be dispatched
when the funds have cleared.
Please ensure that the address listed with your PayPal account is the correct
mailing address for you, and that it matches the one you submit on the site.
Please email me if there are any changes as soon as possible after purchase -
responsibility cannot be accepted if your order is delivered to the wrong
address!
Postage and Packaging
All shipping within the UK is FREE for purchases up to £100. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of hand-made embroidered items, for your peace of mind I always use Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard. A signature is required on delivery.
Jewellery items are beautifully gift wrapped as
standard, for no extra charge. Where possible I will use recycled padded envelopes to package orders...but I
will make them pretty!
Purchases over £100 are charged as near to what it costs me to ship Special Delivery. I do not make a profit on postage costs.
Postcards are sent Standard First Class.
Delivery Times
If the piece you have bought is 'Ready To Ship' then it will be sent as soon as possible. At the busiest times I ship once a week on Thursdays. In either case, I believe in communication so I will email you with confirmation when you buy. If the item is 'Made To Order' then please allow 1 week before shipping, as I will be making it especially for you!
Please do not place your order then tell me you need it by a certain date.
Email me to ensure I am able to fulfil your request first!
To avoid delay PLEASE ensure you provide me with an accurate address as I am not responsible if no-one is at home to accept your package.
International Buyers
All shipping is FREE for purchases up to £50; I always use Royal Mail Airsure Small Packets. No signature is taken on delivery, and although not trackable outside the UK, it provides conformation on delivery at destination.
Purchases between £50 and £100 are charged at £11.50; Shipping to Europe on purchases over £100 is £13.17, and to the rest of the world £16.95.
To avoid
delay PLEASE ensure you provide me with an accurate address as I am not
responsible if no-one is at home to accept your package.
**PLEASE NOTE!** International buyers are responsible for any and all duties
and customs charges that may be incurred!
Estimated STANDARD delivery times via Airsure for countries outside the UK are as follows:
Europe: approximately 2-4 working days
USA & Canada: approximately 4 working days
Australia, Japan, New Zealand: approximately 4-5 working days
Postcards are sent Standard Airmail First Class.
Refunds and Exchanges
Jewellery is a matter of personal taste, and I understand it can be tricky buying online. I always take extra time and care to make sure all my work is excellent and your experience as my customer is flawless. However if you are not happy with your item then I am more than happy to refund you**.
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund
within 30 days of receiving your item if you get your beautiful piece of
jewellery home and it's not right. In this event, please contact Mother Eagle
within 7 working days of receipt to let me know what's wrong so I can try and
fix things for you.
All returns must use the same postal service by which it was sent to you (Royal
Mail Special Delivery in UK, Airsure for everywhere else). This is essential as returns lost in transit are not Mother Eagle's responsibility. Please do this within 30 days of
receipt (or 7 days for sale items) stating whether you require an exchange or a
refund. Exchanges are available for items returned after 30 days.
**THE ABOVE ONLY APPLIES IF THE ITEM YOU BOUGHT WAS 'READY TO SHIP'. SALES OF
ITEMS 'MADE TO ORDER' ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES**
Postcard packs can only be refunded or exchanged if they are UNOPENED.
Please note that all refunds will include any original postage and packing costs
incurred by you, but not costs to return the item (unless faulty).
For all exchanges postage will not be reimbursed unless faulty.
